After Pre-Order: All remaining styles will be sold at full price following the pre-order period. Bundle offers are only available during the pre-order period

 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return any unwanted items within 14 days of receiving the order.

All products must be returned in their original condition. The customer retains responsibility for the purchased item(s) until arrival at the Billykirk studio.

If returning an item from within a bundle, the styles being kept will be valued at their individual presale price and you will be returned the difference.

E.g. One Purchases the Thornproof Duffle + Dopp Kit Bundle at $515 and would like to return the Dopp Kit. This bundle includes the following:

• No. 503 Weekend Duffle ($400)
• No. 258 Dopp Kit ($130)
• Ursa Major travel sized items (totaling $26)

The styles being kept (No. 503 Weekend Duffle and Ursa Major items) are valued in presale at a total of $426, so the returned Dopp Kit would receive $89.

Please note: Purchases from Billykirk.com cannot be returned or exchanged at our NYC Store location. If you have a specific question or concern in this matter, please contact the return email listed below.

We recommend sending all returns with a traceable carrier. We will confirm reception of your return via email upon its arrival.
