Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email and another email when your order has shipped. Orders placed Friday–Sunday will be shipped the following week. All items ship from Jersey City, NJ. Please choose your shipping method accordingly.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All U.S. orders over $150 shipping within the lower 48 states qualify for free shipping (Hawaii and Alaska excluded). Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless a quicker service is chosen.

Local Pick-Up

To pick up your order in Jersey City, NJ, select “pick up in-store” at checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll reach out to arrange your pick-up time and location.

International Shipping Policy

All international orders ship via Global-e unless otherwise specified. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs authority. These charges are separate from shipping costs and are your responsibility as the recipient. Global-e will help facilitate customs clearance and may provide duty estimates during checkout.
