If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a return or exchange within 14 days of ordering.
The following items are do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund in any way.

All products must be returned in their original condition; the customer retains responsibility for the purchased item(s) until arrival at the Billykirk studio.
Returns

For U.S. and CA customers: If you opted-in to our Checkout+ option, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free. If you opted out, no worries! You are still able to submit your return through our portal. However, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

International returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges

Exchanges are dependent on current availability. We reserve the right to refuse free exchanges if the item has any sign of damage.
