You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.

Return Guidelines

• Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

• A $7.50 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

• We do not refund original shipping charges.

• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

• Items that are returned used or damaged will be sent back to you without a refund.
  

Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges within the same 14-day return window.

• Exchanges depend on current product availability.

• Once approved, we’ll email you a complimentary return label.

• We reserve the right to refuse free exchanges if items show signs of use or damage.

• Custom items, monogrammed/debossed products, sample sale, and final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

• International returns and exchanges will be handled case by case.
