Orders typically ship within the following business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

All items ship from Jersey City, NJ - Please choose your shipping method accordingly.

Please Note: UPS 2nd Day Air does not ship on weekends, transit times only include weekdays (e.g. if shipped Thursday, your package should arrive the coming Monday)

Domestic Orders

Free Shipping: All US orders over $150 shipping within the lower 48 states qualify for free shipping (Hawaii and Alaska are not currently available for free shipping). These orders will either be shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground at Billykirk's discretion.


International Orders

All international packages can potentially incur charges upon arrival in their destination country. These charges are solely determined by the receiving country's customs authorities - thus we cannot predict or guarantee the amount of duties and taxes that may be charged on international orders. If you have any questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.

All international orders ship via FedEx or DHL at the customer's discretion.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once an order has been received by the selected shipment service, you will be contacted via the service chosen at checkout (Email or Facebook) with your shipping confirmation and tracking information.


RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping any unwanted items back to the Billykirk studio. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will refund the cost of the returned items only. All products must be returned in their original condition; the customer retains responsibility for the purchased item(s) until arrival at the Billykirk studio.

Should your product arrive to you damaged, please contact Customerservice@billykirk.com immediately and we will determine the next steps.

The following items are final sale, and thus do not qualify for return, exchange, or refund in any way.

We recommend sending all returns with a traceable carrier. We will confirm receipt of your return via email upon its arrival.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges within the 30-day return period. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact returns@billykirk.com with your order number, the item being exchanged, and the item you would like to replace it with. We will review your request and notify you of the desired item's availability. 

We are happy to offer free exchanges on belt, card case, and wallet purchases within 30 days of receiving your order. If you wish to exchange your belt for a different size, color, or model, please contact returns@billykirk.com. Exchanges are dependent on current availability. Billykirk reserves the right to refuse free exchange shipping at any time.

Repairs & Warranty Policy

At Billykirk, we take great pride in designing and creating quality items that get better with age. Of course with any leather or canvas item that is regularly used, tears, stains, and marks can happen. For the most part, these blemishes show one’s travels, represent good ol’ use and are quite sought after. However, hardware and material defects, faulty zippers, buttons, or snaps, and stitching issues can arise. That is why we offer a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY that covers Billykirk items with the following time frame from purchase (proof of purchase required):

Standard Issue Collection Items: 2 Years
Bags (other than Standard Issue): 5 Years
Small Leather Goods: 9 Years

This warranty covers defects in hardware, artisanship, and materials, under normal use any time within the specified timeframe for the particular item. Billykirk will repair or replace the item with the same or a comparable item free of charge. If a replacement is the only option, the defective item will not be returned to the customer unless specified.

The warranty does not cover damages arising from misuse, accident, or from any repair work performed by a third party other than Billykirk.

Because we know how attached one can become to a beloved Billykirk item, we will try our best to repair it. We review every item prior to repair and will determine whether or not your item can indeed be repaired. If it cannot be repaired, we will notify you to confirm your replacement. If the same or a similar item is not available, we will issue you a Billykirk Gift Card in the original amount for use in our web store (proof of purchase required).

Please note: Repairs that are not due to a manufacturer's defect will likely require a repair fee. We will request your approval of this fee prior to the repair. Please note: Sample sale, final sale, and clearance items are not covered under this warranty.

Repairs are generally completed within 2–4 weeks.

Care Instructions

At this time, we do not offer leather restoration or rewaxing services. However, we do offer leather and canvas care products and highly recommend you condition your leather items to maintain and preserve them.
