HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note that due to high order volume, UPS, FedEx, and USPS are experiencing delays in shipping. It is, therefore, imperative that any orders needed before December 25th are ordered as soon as possible. Please also note that some items in our shop require additional time to process. This includes, but is not limited to, hand-sewn, embossed, and custom items. On average, please allow for approximately 2 days of processing time. This time is already considered on the dates below.

To recieve your products by Friday, December 22nd, please order by the following dates:

USPS Priority: Order by Dec. 15th (Please note that USPS Priority is not a guaranteed shipping method)

UPS Ground: Order by Dec. 13th (this is considering a six-day shipping time. Please see the map here to confirm your shipping period, using zip code 07302 as the "Shipped From" origin. UPS Ground is not a guaranteed shipping method)

UPS Second Day Air: Order by Dec. 18th

UPS Next Day Air: Order by Dec. 19th

FedEx 2 Day: Order by Dec. 18th

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders typically ship within the following business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday. 

All items ship from Jersey City, NJ - Please choose your shipping method accordingly.

Please Note: UPS 2nd Day Air does not ship on weekends, transit times only include weekdays (e.g. if shipped Thursday, your package should arrive the coming Monday)

Domestic Orders

Free Shipping: All US orders over $150 shipping within the lower 48 states qualify for free shipping (Hawaii and Alaska are not currently available for free shipping). These orders will either be shipped via USPS Priority or UPS Ground at Billykirk's discretion.


International Orders

All international packages can potentially incur charges upon arrival in their destination country. These charges are solely determined by the receiving country's customs authorities - thus we cannot predict or guarantee the amount of duties and taxes that may be charged on international orders. If you have any questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.

All international orders ship via FedEx or DHL at the customer's discretion.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once an order has been received by the selected shipment service, you will be contacted via the service chosen at checkout (Email or Facebook) with your shipping confirmation and tracking information.


RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION

Please note that all orders placed from Nov. 24th through Jan. 1st qualify for extended holiday returns. Should the products meet all the required criteria of our return policy (see below), they may be returned or exchanged up to Jan. 15th.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return any unwanted items within 14 days of receiving the order.

All products must be returned in their original condition. The customer retains responsibility for the purchased item(s) until arrival at the Billykirk studio.

Products that do not qualify: The following goods are final sale, and thus does not qualify for return, exchange, or refund in any way.

  • Custom items
  • Monogrammed (embossed) items
  • Sample sale items

Please note: Purchases from Billykirk.com cannot be returned or exchanged at our NYC Store location. If you have a specific question or concern in this matter, please contact the return email listed below.

We recommend sending all returns with a traceable carrier. We will confirm reception of your return via email upon its arrival.

Exchanges

Belts: Billykirk.com is happy to offer free exchanges on belt purchases within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to exchange your belt for a different size, color, or model, please contact Returns@billykirk.com. Exchanges are dependant on current availability. Billykirk reserves the right to refuse free exchange shipping at any time.

All Products: We gladly offer exchanges within the 14 day return period. If you would like to exchange a product, please contact Returns@billykirk.com with your order number, the item being exchanged, and the item you would like to replace it with - we will review this and notify you of the desired item's availability.
