If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping any unwanted items back to the Billykirk studio. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will refund the cost of the returned items only. All products must be returned in their original condition; the customer retains responsibility for the purchased item(s) until arrival at the Billykirk studio.
Should your product arrive to you damaged, please contact Customerservice@billykirk.com immediately and we will determine the next steps.

We recommend sending all returns with a traceable carrier. We will confirm receipt of your return via email upon its arrival.

We gladly offer exchanges within the 30-day return period. Product must be returned in perfect, unused condition. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the item being exchanged, and the item you would like to replace it with. We will review your request and notify you of the desired item's availability.
We are happy to offer free exchanges on belt, card case, and wallet purchases within 30 days of receiving your order. If you wish to exchange your belt for a different size, color, or model, please contact email@example.com. Exchanges are dependent on current availability. Billykirk reserves the right to refuse free exchanges if the item has any sign of damage.
