1) Choose "STORE PICKUP" when viewing your cart
On the ‘Cart” page, you can pickup your order locally by selecting STORE PICKUP before completing your transaction. You must select a preferred date and time of day for the pickup. The Billykirk Flagship Store is located on 16 Orchard Street, NY NY 10002, in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. You will be required to enter your billing address and payment information during checkout. You will need to enter a phone number to complete the store pickup side of your transaction. Any items ordered for Store Pickup are fully paid for online. When your order is complete you will receive an email letting you know your order has been received.
Please note: In-Store pickup orders must be picked up by 5 business days unless a specific date is noted and approved by Billykirk.
2) Wait for Store Pickup Confirmation Email
We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Once we receive your order, our store staff will work to gather the items for you. After your items have been located we will send a 2nd email letting you know your order is ready for pick-up. Immediate Pickup orders are generally available in an hour. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, the appropriate item will be cancelled and the pending payment authorization will be released.
3) Pick Up Your Order at Our Flagship Store
Upon arrival, you will be asked to present either a government issued photo ID, or the physical payment method used in the order to verify your identity. You must pick up your order within 5 business days of order placement. After 5 days have passed, your order will be cancelled unless you contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders not picked up will incur a $15 restocking fee. If you paid with a credit or credit card, the pending authorization will be released within a few business days. Funds from that card will be restored within 2-14 business days. Please contact your banking institution for further information. If you paid with a gift card or eGift Card, a replacement will be sent to you via email. If for any reason you need to cancel your order prior to pick-up, please notify the email@example.com so we can process a refund.

1.) How long will my order be held?
We will hold your order for up to 5 business days. If you need a specific date please email firstname.lastname@example.org. After the 5th business day, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded minus a restocking fee of $15. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear back on your card statement.
2.) Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, you can print a receipt of the items you purchased. This person can pick up your order by presenting the receipt at the location where the item is being held. You can also forward the email confirmation of your order to your friend and have them present the confirmation from their smartphone screen.
3.) What is Immediate Pickup?
Items stocked at our flagship location available for pickup same day are available for Immediate Pickup. If you order by 4pm you will be able to pick same day. Immediate pickup products are labeled as such. Not all products are available for Immediate Pickup.
4.) Is my purchase ready for pickup?
Once your item is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email confirmation.
5.) Are customized orders available for Store Pickup?
Yes, customized orders can be picked up at store but they will incur the same delays for customization.
6.) I have not received an email from Billykirk.

Leather is a natural material from wild animals and is therefore subject to change from hide to hide. Changes in the color or texture of the leather and signs of wear are normal. While we handle our product with the upmost care, small dents, dings, scratches, or blemishes may be found within the product and come from the experiences of the animal. Irregularities in the consistency of the colour in each bag should not be considered a fault but inherent of the natural qualities of the material.
Billykirk Gift Cards do not expire and are redeemable with any Billykirk online purchase.
Gift Cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash and are only acceptable with Billykirk online purchases. These gift cards cannot be redeemed or returned for cash at any Billykirk authorized store-front retailer or online retailer who sells our collection. If lost, stolen or damaged, Gift Cards can be replaced for the remaining value only with the original sales receipt or invoice.

To find your belt size, simply measure a belt you routinely wear. Start from where the belt leather begins to fold around the buckle end and measure down to the hole you most often use at the tip end. This is how we size all of our belts and will assure the most accurate sizing.
In general, please order one size larger than your pant size. For example, if you wear a size 34 pant, order a size 36 belt.
We recommend cleaning your Billykirk leather item using a soft cloth and mild leather cleanser. There are dozens of quality leather care items on the market and each one has a specific duty. Some people swear by other old standards such as mink oil and saddle soap for their leather care. We have had good luck with products by Fiebings, Skidmores and Obenaufs. This goes without saying but PLEASE be mindful of directions when using any leather care item. We cannot be responsible for any damages to our products due to a leather care item being applied improperly or without thoroughly reading the directions. Avoid excessive exposure to water and moisture.
