    The claw buckle on the No. 150 was inspired by an old rifle sling, a type of hardware also found on leather horse harnesses. Our claw buckles are cast in brass and white bronze in Rhode Island exclusively for us and feature our hammer and maul logo. Please see our belt sizing guide in the "Details" below to ensure a proper fit.

    • White bronze, by its very nature, will slowly tarnish and change color over time. If you prefer the silver tone, simply scrub the buckle with a Scotch-Brite pad from time to time. 


    Belt Sizing Guide

    Your Billykirk belt size will be 2½ inches smaller than your waist circumference. We recommend measuring your waist to ensure an accurate fit. Here are two easy ways: 

    Method 1: Using a Fabric Tape Measure

    1. Thread the tape measure through your belt loops where you normally wear your belt
    2. Keep the tape snug but not tight — leave space for one finger between the tape and your body
    3. Record your measurement in inches

     

    Method 2: Using a Strong (Watch Video Tutorial)

    1. Wrap a piece of string around your waist through your belt loops
    2. Mark where the string meets and lay it flat against a ruler
    3. Record your measurement in inches
